fighting tribalism is a war that can never be won very soon. We are in a battlefield trying to fight this monster by the name tribalism, in our society,community and our beloved nation. The more we try the harder it gets due to dark forces that exists in the society. Dark forces include, political influence, peer pressure, parental care and the environment at large. Instead of politicians taking part in bridging the gap that tribalism has build in the community, some are busy encouraging the common mwananchi to be tribal. Tribalism has great effect to the economy and development of any nation. Fighting your fellow citizen is not a solution, We should embrace unity,harmony and peace among us for the prosperity of this nation. Leaders in the society must be in the front line the guide the youths. They have the potential of doing good or bad depending on who guides them and in which direction.
